Experienced In-Charge Conference (EICC)

Anyone at Level 4 and above including supervisors and those not yet promoted to manager will attend McGladrey’s Experienced In-Charge Conference (EICC). This week-long conference takes the place of the previous Level 4 and 5 seminars by providing core training as well as industry-specific and other elective courses. It will be offered three times – during the weeks of June 7, July 12 and August 2. Your team members can get 40 hours of CPE in one trip and take advantage of networking opportunities by participating with McGladrey employees.

You will find a new planning tool on the LearningLinks homepage that helps your team members choose the appropriate classes for their EICC week. Look for this icon:

Enter your level and check the industries that apply, and the tool will show your recommended classes. Click the icon next to a course to display its description. (Or see the course list in the Curriculum Overviews section of LearningLinks.) After selecting classes, you’ll generate a custom e-mail report to help with enrolling. You can follow the email to enroll yourself, send it to your approver or send it to us for processing.

Please note: making choices in the tool does not enter the enrollments. It simply makes it easier to arrange a personal EICC schedule.

Some classes may already be full. If a schedule cannot be rearranged to find an open seat, participants should waitlist themselves for the class that works best. After February 28th, we will decide how to accommodate waitlisted participants. No one should make any travel arrangements until they have been specifically told to do so.

For tuition and other information, and to enroll, please visit LearningLinks at http://rsmmcgladrey.pathlore.net/stc/rsmnw.
